The Department of Veterans SAO Central, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 3140 Governor s Place Blvd., Suite 210, Kettering, OH 45409 intends to enter into a sole source purchase order agreement with the women-owned small business Rultract, Inc., 5663 Brecksville Rd, Cleveland, OH 44121-1510 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the Rultract skyhook surgical retractor systems. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 339113 and the Business Size Standard is 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. Interested parties may give written notice to contact@example.gov by 4:00pm e.s.t. on November 27, 2017. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses received from responsible sources by 4:00pm e.s.t. on November 27, 2017 will be considered by the Government. Inquiries shall be emailed to contact@example.gov.
