Full Description

Network Contracting Office 12 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ScripPro USA, Inc. for prescription dispensing system to match existing compatible equipment located throughout the Veterans Administration VISN 12 Hospitals. This equipment is on mandatory supply schedule 65 II A and this procurement is being conducted in accordance with VAAR 808.002 Priorities for Use of Government Supply Sources. Contract is firm fixed price and F.O.B. Destination. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms that believe they can provide the required equipment are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer no later than 1:00 PM EST, September 12, 2012. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
