Full Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to MSR West, Inc., 352 S. 200 W., Suite 5, Farmington, Utah for an RS 253 Custom Audiometric Examination Suite, Mfg: Acoustic Systems, for 10th Medical Group/SGSL, 4102 Pinion Drive, Suite 3, USAF Academy, CO 80840. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the discretion of the Government.
