The primary goal is to identify qualified businesses that can comply with specific delivery requirements, including next-day routine delivery and urgent one-hour delivery, while adhering to strict transportation and radiation safety regulations mandated by the Department of Transportation and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The services are intended for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in Little Rock, Arkansas. The government is collecting detailed information to support market research, including contractor capabilities, licensing status, business size, small business classifications, manufacturer status, and pricing data. This process will help determine if a small business set-aside or other contracting mechanisms may be appropriate, although no solicitation or contract is currently in effect. Interested parties are required to respond fully to a comprehensive list of questions addressing areas such as business classification under the NAICS code 325412, authorization status, licensing by regulatory bodies, product origin, and any existing government contract vehicles under which they may supply the requested product. Responses must be submitted by May 22, 2026, with questions due by May 11, 2026, and communications are only accepted via email. This notice is strictly for market research purposes, with no obligation by the government to award a contract or pay for the information provided.
