STATEMENT OF WORK Biplane Endo Transducer Veterans Affairs Health Care System Oklahoma City, Oklahoma General: Currently, the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System (herein after referred to as OKC VAHCS) Surgery Service requires one Biplane Endo Transducer for Urology Surgeries in the OR using a BK Ultrasound.
