This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified SDVOSB concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. Notice of contract action: Miami VA Contracting intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to L1 Enterprises for the purchase of endoscopic rubinas (cold light fountain power 5 each, and image1 4u opal 10 each). Estimated value of this acquisition is ~$277k. Estimated award date is on or before Aug 1, 2021. This is not a solicitation for quotes. Information available to the Contracting Officer indicates that L1 is an authorized provider of the required Storz items. Responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement which shall be considered by the agency for future procurements but shall in no way bind the agency.
