This notice is in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract for the product/service listed below to Sun Nuclear Corp. The contract is expected to be awarded under authority of RFO 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of RFO 12.102(a) for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), document the decision that only one source is available and the basis for the decision. A Sole Source Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The anticipated award date is no later than 07-19-2026. The contractor will provide the product listed below
