NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, intends to award a Sole Source firm-fixed-price contract to Ellex, Inc., 7138 Shady Oak Rd. Eden Prairie, MN. 55344, for Eye Cubed V4 Ultrasound Console, to the Orlando VA Healthcare System, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. This procurement is also being conducted in accordance with procedures in FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting from a single source; The NAICS code for this procurement is 334510, and the current FAC is 2023-01, dated 12/30/2022. If vendors believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, please submit evidence of your capabilities.
