The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, Regional Procurement Office - East, on behalf of the Manhattan VA Medical Center located at 423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010 intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source award to Philips Healthcare, 222 Jacobs Street, Cambridge, MA 02141 for the purchase Philips Telemetry Upgrade. This sole source award to Philips Healthcare is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5.
