The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to USVETSERV, LLC. This order will be for the Magic Horizons Premium Plus Bundle-3 at the Charles George VAMC. Magic Horizons GmbH is the manufacturer of this product, and USVetServ is the sole-source SDVOSB Authorized Distributor for Magic Horizons GmbH products for Government orders. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. Interested contractors may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice and should provide sufficient data for the government to determine them as a comparable alternative to the intended source. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
