Solicitation 36C24C19Q0037, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Rpo Central, is for the procurement of Patient Exam Room Supplies and Instruments under the MSPV product category. The contract is managed by the Network Contracting Office 20 and utilizes NAICS code 339113. The primary objective is to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with responsible offerors who provide the best value to the government based on price and conformity to solicitation requirements. The procurement follows a strict tiered evaluation approach in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 and VA Procurement Policy Memorandum 2018-04. Priority for award is given sequentially to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, followed by Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and then other small business concerns, including preferences for HUBZone and 8(a) participants. If no suitable quotes are found within a specific tier at a fair and reasonable price, the agency moves to the next tier, ending with unrestricted large businesses. Current notices indicate that the small business and SDVOSB tiers have been processed, with awards issued to multiple vendors, while evaluations for remaining tiers continue.
