Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Healthcare Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Conmed Corporation, a large business, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for their Beamer Mate ESU, Beamer Plus Aragon, Beamer Cart, Pressure Reducer, Beamer Connecting Cable, and Double Footswitch, on or about 08 Mar 2022. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334510, and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored.
