NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs James H. Quillen VA Medical Center Mountain Home, TN intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced award contract, to First Nation Group, LLC dba Jordan Reses Supply Co., 4566 Highway 20, East Court Yard Plaza Suite 208, Niceville, FL 32578. A sole source procurement will be issued to First Nation Group dba Jordan Reses Supply Co. because they are the exclusive supplier of Philips Sleep and Home Respiratory Care products to the VA. ITEM NO. DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT OR STOCK NO. 1135427 BiPAP, V30 Auto - Mobility Bundle - One Year Warranty 8 EA STAFF TRAINING WILL BE COMPLETED BY PHILIPS RESPIRTONICS 1 EA This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAICS code is 339113 and has a size standard 750 for this procurement. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
