The proposed contract action is for Omnicell Pharmacy Carousel Medication Dispense System, deinstallation and Installation, The facility currently utilizes the Omnicell Pharmacy Carousel Medication Dispense System and is requesting a replacement due to the current system is coming to its End of Life Cycle . Due to the proprietary nature of the technology and the need for compatibility with existing systems, only Omnicell-branded products and services can meet the Government s technical and operational requirements. This award will go directly to Omnicell Inc. As a Sole Source purchase, quotes are not being requested. Responses shall be received, in writing, no later than 11:00 AM, EST, on 05/01/2025 to Yanique.williamschin@va.gov.
