Respondents were required to provide comprehensive details such as company identification, socioeconomic status, certifications, relevant licenses, and a capabilities statement. The place of performance and installation will be at the Durham VA Medical Center, with the contractor responsible for delivering and installing the injection system. While detailed contract terms such as pricing schedules, delivery schedules, or evaluation criteria have not yet been established within the pre-solicitation phase, the government plans to award a single contract to a responsible and responsive source. The submission deadline for final quotes, once the solicitation is issued, is scheduled for June 12, 2026. The solicitation process and responses are governed by FAR guidelines, with explicit instructions that the current pre-solicitation and sources sought notices do not constitute an offer or a request for proposals.
