The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 16, plans to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to ScriptPro, LLC for upgrading all ScriptPro pharmacy automation systems and related hardware and proprietary software to be compliant with Windows 11. Currently, the existing systems operate on Windows 10, which reached end-of-life on October 14, 2025, leading to security and compliance risks. The upgrade covers 50 workstations, various CPUs for robots, kiosks, and notice boards, label printers, two platform servers, multiple software components, uninstall procedures, installations across six sites, and includes up to 60 months of support services. This action is justified under FAR 6.302-1, citing that only one responsible source is capable of meeting the requirements. The system currently supports two pharmacy locations and three CBOC pharmacist operations with technologies like outpatient dispensing robots, data interface terminals, queueing systems, and signature-capture devices. Interested parties who believe they can fulfill the requirements may respond by providing evidence of capability along with an authorized distributor/provider letter to be considered. Responses must be emailed to the contracting officer, Tammie Chaney, by May 22, 2026, and must demonstrate that competition would benefit the government. However, the government is not obligated to acknowledge or provide feedback on submissions. The solicitation is designated under NAICS code 339112, and the office responsible is located in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
