Background VA Boston Healthcare System s Neurology Service utilizes Natus NeuroWorks EEG workstations across Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury, and Brockton campuses for routine EEG, ambulatory EEG, long-term monitoring, and ICU monitoring. Current systems are end-of-life, acquired in 2019, and incompatible with newer NeuroWorks v10 / Windows 11 software. Updated systems are required to maintain continuity of care and TeleEEG integration.
