This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified SDVOSB concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. Notice of contract action: Miami VA Contracting intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to Rhyfel Inc for the purchase of Synergy EDX consisting of base unit, amplifier, control panel, electrical stimulator probe, computer and software. Estimated value of this acquisition is $51,778.00. Estimated award date is on or before November 30, 2020. This is not a solicitation for quotes.
