This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.   This is a request for quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C25026Q0782. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026. The associated NAICS Code is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is soliciting quotes from all sources to supply the Chalmers P. 2. Contract Title. Table-Chiropractic 3. Background. This acquisition of the Cox8 Table is requested for the expansion of the Chiropractic service to the Delaware CBOC 4. Scope. The Cox8 Chiropractic Table is a highly engineered flexion-distraction table designed specifically for spinal decompression and manipulation. It is used by specialists to treat conditions like herniated discs and spinal stenosis by relieving intradiscal pressure and gently stretching the spine. 5. Specific Tasks. NA 6.
