6515--VA Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) PPE Industry Day Announcement

The Department of Veterans Affairs is hosting the Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) PPE Industry Day on May 12, 2026, aimed at engaging PPE manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, industry stakeholders, and supply chain professionals. The event will focus on the procurement and supply chain needs for personal protective equipment, such as surgical and N95 masks, respirators, face shields, protective gowns, and other disease-transmission prevention gear, excluding gloves. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the VA’s current and forthcoming PPE requirements, understand the MSPV’s procurement processes, network with VA officials and industry leaders, and present innovative PPE products and solutions. The event is an in-person, hands-on experience with no virtual participation and is offered free of charge. The Industry Day will be held at the Fairview Marriott in Falls Church, Virginia, from 8:00 am to 9:30 am, with registration required by April 7, 2026. It coincides with the Coalition for Government Procurement Spring Training Conference on May 13-14, which requires a separate paid registration. Interested companies must submit registration details including company information, attendee count, small business status if applicable, SAM UEI and DUNS numbers, and PPE products offered. The event promises a detailed agenda featuring VA’s procurement insights, a Q&A session, and supplier presentations to foster collaboration and improve the delivery of essential PPE to veterans and healthcare providers.
