I. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 located at 2495 Shreveport Highway, Pineville, LA 71360 in support of Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) intends to solicit and award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price, contact with one Large Business source, Cardinal Health WaveMark.

CAVHCS has a requirement for procuring, installing, and implementing a brand name WAVEMARK HF3000 SMART Inventory Management Cabinet System and associated supplies and services for the Dental Service. The Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Cabinet System will support secure storage, automated tracking, issue/return documentation, and real time visibility of dental instruments, consumables, and high value items. The system must integrate seamlessly with existing VAMC supply chain workflows and meet all VA regulatory, cybersecurity, and facility standards. This project covers system procurement, installation, configuration, staff training, documentation, warranty, and ongoing maintenance support in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).
II. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 339113 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing - Product of Service Code for this requirement is 6515, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is 800. III. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a) Restricting competition. IV. The anticipated award date is August 14, 2026. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. V. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes and is being posted for informational purposes only. The government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. However, interested parties who disagree with this action may submit a letter of interest that demonstrates your firm s technical capability to provide a compatible RFID-enabled inventory management cabinet system and license to support CAVHS. The government reserves the right to verify any request for additional documentation submitted.
VI.
