The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 02 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide a dental intraoral digital scanning, workstations, and software that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics: The VA has a domestic preference for items manufactured in the United States. The Contractor shall provide the following digital scanning intraoral system, workstations, and software as part of a complete and fully operational solution: (5) Dental digital intraoral scanner systems. (5) Dell Precision 7680 mobile workstation. (5) Design Studio software. All required mounting hardware, cables, adapters, and accessories. Required peripheral equipment necessary for full system functionality. Virtual training for remote onboarding. Clinical workflow training related to digital impressions and restorative workflows. User guidance for engagement applications and communication platform utilization. All required software licenses, subscriptions, updates, and activation necessary for full operational capability during the warranty/subscription period.
