This is not a request for quotes; the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 is seeking sources interested and capable of providing the items as described in the below Product Description.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339114 - Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing.
The Service Code (PSC) is 6520 - Dental Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. Responses to this notice shall include company/individual name, size status for the above reference NAICS code, a service capability statement, SAM Entity Unique Identifier (EUI), address, point of contact, and examples of similar facilities to which similar items have been provided.
Contractors must provide information on whether they are certified SDVOSB, VOSB, Hub zone, 8(a), women-owned concern. If standard company brochures will be provided as a response to this Source Sought ensure that additional information tailored to this notice is included. This is not a solicitation for quotes. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the Contract Opportunities website https: respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this announcement.

Salient Characteristics
Light must be track-style for mount on ceiling. Light must be LED technology with at least 500 reflective facets to provide uniform lighting during treatment to minimize shadows. Must have cool LED technology. Light must have touch pad controls and no touch sensors. Light must have a no cure setting to filter out UV light to eliminate premature curing of dental materials. Light must have light settings of 35,000 lux, 26,000 lux, and 17,500 lux. Light must have three axes of light head rotation with 270-degrees swivel and 120-degrees tilt. Must have flex arm positioning to provide 340-degrees of horizontal rotation and 24-degrees of vertical rotation. Must have focal length of at least 27 . Must have 10-year warranty on light and related components. Light assembly must be white in color. Installation required, must be able to deinstallation old lighting and installation new lighting.
