7. Salient Characteristics: Must be a fully integrated dedicated ophthalmic ultrasound platform capable of supporting posterior segment, anterior segment, and biometric ocular imaging from a single console without external third-party modules. Must support simultaneous compatibility with 15 MHz B-scan, 20 MHz annular B-scan, 50 MHz high-resolution linear probe, and A-scan biometry probes on one native manufacturer platform. Must allow plug-and-play probe interchangeability between all supported probes without requiring software reload, hardware adapter changes, or system reboot. Must provide a compact cart-mounted console configuration designed for movement between exam lanes and procedure rooms.
