The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 10 Contracting Activity plans to award a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. The contract, associated with NAICS code 325413, will be granted to Agilent Technologies, Inc. for the purchase and support of immunohistochemistry (IHC) equipment and related supplies. This includes an IHC stainer, ancillary equipment, quality control materials, disposables, consumables, antibodies, reagent supplies, service and maintenance costs, as well as training. The agency intends to negotiate exclusively with Agilent Technologies and will award a firm fixed price purchase order. This notice serves to inform potential interested parties but is not a solicitation or request for proposals, nor is a solicitation package available. Any party that believes competition is warranted must provide compelling justification by March 17, 2023, at 4:30 pm via email. Key contacts for this contract are Contract Specialist Noah Bruck and Contracting Officer Kellie Konopinski.
