Project Description: This project shall construct approximately 10,115 sf of new ICU patient care space. The new construction extends the existing ICU space to the east, building the new space over the existing roof (Primary Care Clinic directly below). The renovation work consists of renovating/modifying approximately 5,500 sf of existing ICU for the consolidation Intensive Care Units at the Medical Center. The project will include, but is not limited to, sit grading for a new exist stair tower, demolition/removal of existing structures and construction, general construction, electrical, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, low voltage, and fire protection/fire alarm.
