This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS in support of market research being conducted to identify capable potential contracting opportunities. A Socio-Economic determination has not been made at this time. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is getting ready to advertise a Single Award Firm Fixed Price Commercial Supply contract, utilizing FAR Part 12 and 15, for the purchase and support of Air Gap/Vibration Monitoring Sensor Equipment as described in the attached draft specifications sections. This requirement will be for a base year and three optional years with delivery of air gap sensor units to be done as turbine units are taken out of service for regular maintenance.
