Illumina MiSeq i100 Series system

The solicitation seeks the procurement of a single Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus Sequencing System to be delivered, installed, and commissioned at the CCR Genomics Core of the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland, within four to twelve weeks of contract award. The system must meet exact technical specifications, including compatibility with XLEAP-SBS chemistry, onboard DRAGEN bioinformatics for real-time analysis, and the ability to generate up to 100 million reads per run, with no substitutions permitted. The system must comply with Section 508 accessibility standards, verified through an HHS Accessibility Conformance Checklist or VPAT-based ACR, and all deliverables become Government property, with proprietary information required to be clearly marked and safeguarded as per 41 U.S.C. § 423. The acquisition is not set aside for small businesses, and offerors must have active SAM registration with a valid UEI, and submit certifications covering tax status, felony convictions, inverted domestic corporations, and prohibitions on payments to influence federal transactions. Security requirements mandate adherence to basic safeguarding controls for covered contractor information systems and compliance with prohibitions on internal confidentiality agreements that restrict whistleblower communication.
