Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Boston Healthcare System, MA--Intent to sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source with Improvision Inc, One Cranberry Hill, Lexington, MA for one Volocity Grid Confocal System 2D/3D/4D Imaging System for a Nikon Eclipse FN1 microscope #I37360 : system to include 2 volocity licenses. Additional licenses for Volocity Quantitation #I18801 and Volocity Restoration #I18780, Improvision license server #I18900 and Volocity Dongle FCC #I18830. Hamatsu ORCA AG cooled digital ccd camera #I24070 and 1x C-mount Nikon eclipse series, Qioptiq Optikit for Mikon D-FL #I38840, Piezo Focus drive system #I28960, optional luld motorized ex/em filter wheel #I20480, system delivery and installation, this list is not all inclusive. The government has determined that only one manufacturer can satisfy the agency's requirement and intends to negotiate with only one source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any manufacturer that determines it can meet the requirements may give written notice through e:mail to Contract Specialist, contact@example.gov by September 21, 2007, 2:00 PM EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to provide the above requirements at no cost or obligation to the government.
