The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to award a single source purchase order with Allen Instruments & Supplies LLC, located in Scottsdale, AZ. DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND Bureau of Reclamation intends to sole source contract with Allen Instruments & Supplies LLC for two (2) Trimble R12, Model 60 GNSS Receivers with R12 Base and Rovers. The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office (YAO) currently has an inventory of Trimble survey equipment in active use. In order to ensure compatibility and functionality with the equipment on-hand, only Trimble survey equipment be certain to work with the existing Trimble equipment. NAICS 334519; Other measuring and controlling device manufacturing, size standard 500 employees. Market research indicates that only Allen Instruments & Supplies LLC can offer the required Trimble survey equipment in the state of Arizona.
