66--Oxford Instruments ULTIM INFINITY 170 WITH SW/HW EDS

This solicitation, issued as Request for Quotations 140G0226Q0045 by the Department of the Interior’s Office of Acquisition Grants-Denver, seeks the procurement of one Oxford Instruments Ultim Infinity 170 or an equal alternative for use by the U.S. Geological Survey’s Geology, Geophysics, and Geochemistry Science Center in Denver, Colorado, to support the Energy and Minerals Mission Area. The period of performance is estimated from August 3, 2026, to April 30, 2027. The technical requirements include strict compliance with federal information security standards, mandating adherence to NIST SP 800-37, 800-18, 800-30, 800-60, 800-53A, FIPS 199, and FIPS 200, as well as DOI-specific guidance including the Security Test & Evaluation Guide and Privacy Impact Assessment. All contractor personnel accessing Department of the Interior systems must sign non-disclosure agreements and acknowledge a government-approved legal warning banner prior to access. Contractors are required to immediately notify the Contracting Officer’s Representative upon employee reassignment or separation.
