The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Electrical Engineering and Electronics Laboratory (EEEL) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with WaveBand Corp., 17152 Armstrong Ave., Irvine, CA 92614, for a Guided-Wave Antenna, steerable millimeter-wave scanning antenna. The basis for the sole source is that the technology is proprietary and was generated under the U. S. Navy Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Program.
