This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using simplified acquisition procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (https://www.fedbizopps.gov) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00244-11-T-0301. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-53 and DFARS Change Notice 20110920. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 333315 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The government intends to acquire on a BRAND NAME ONLY BASIS from Goodrich Corp, Sensor Unlimited Inc. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Detachment Seal Beach has a request for the following: CLIN 0001-10 Each, Short Wave Infrared (SWIR) Cameras, 320x240 Resolution, P/N SU320HX-1, 7RT/RS170. CLIN 0002-10 Each, Lens Assembly for H Camera above, 50mm, f/1.4 SWIR optimized lens assembly, P/N 8000-0372. All items must be Goodrich camera equipment. The SWIR Camera is part of a comprehensive instrumentation solution that NSWC, COR has been tasked by the Office of Defense Representative – Pakistan (ODR-P) to provide as part of a multiagency effort to be implemented by the Army Corps of Engineers (COE). All items must be compatible to form, fit and functionality. Delivery: 30 days after receipt of order. F.O.B. point: Destination. Ship to address: Norco, CA.
