The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Announcement to identify qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses capable of providing Liquid Dithiopyr Pre-Emergent Herbicide for the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri. The requirement consists of 105 total gallons of herbicide with a minimum of 24% active ingredient, delivered in 42 containers not exceeding 2.5 gallons each. Delivery is scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. CST, following a 30-calendar-day written notice.
