The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, intends to issue a solicitation for Medical Grade Bulk Oxygen, Bulk Oxygen Tank Rentals, and Telemetry Monitoring Services in support of the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, NY.
The resulting contract will require the contractor to provide continuous, reliable bulk liquid oxygen supply; rental and maintenance of bulk oxygen storage tanks and associated equipment; and remote telemetry services capable of monitoring tank levels, alarms, consumption, and system functionality.
A detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation once posted.
Scope of Work (Summary) The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to:
Deliver USP grade medical liquid bulk oxygen in accordance with all applicable FDA and industry standards. Provide rental, installation, and ongoing maintenance of bulk oxygen storage tanks and associated equipment. Provide 24/7 telemetry monitoring services for oxygen system levels and alerts. Perform scheduled and emergency oxygen deliveries as required to maintain uninterrupted supply. Full requirements will be defined in the forthcoming solicitation.
Period of Performance A base year with options (specific durations will be stated in the solicitation).
