Full Description

Special Notice: Intent to Award Sole Source The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole source, one-year (POP: 10/01/13 - 9/30/14) purchase order to GroupLink Corporation for the everything HelpDesk Standard Upgrade Protection and Support for its 80 licenses. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 GroupLink is the only responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. GroupLink is the sole owner of the everything HelpDesk software that OAM uses for its acquisition and help desk ticketing environment. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 5 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses should be directed to Janet Bowman via email to contact@example.gov no later than 4:00 pm EST, Sept. 25, 2013. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
