This acquistion is for renewal of Global Points of Presence Suppport and Maintenance. This software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 January 2007 through 31 December 2007. The statutory authority for other than full and open cometition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or servcies will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed sofware license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 6 February 2007 via the following address: contact@example.gov .
