INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued. T his notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to Data Processing Solutions, Inc., (DPS), for (1) Each of i5 52 0 eServer hardware and software, to include Implementation and Migration Services. Award the above-stated requirement directly to Data Processing Solutions, Inc. The supplies/services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsibl e sources under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1). Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. DURATION: This is a one-time procurement of i5 520 eServer hardware and software. All quotations received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solel y within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
