D -- SiteScape Maintenance

SiteScapeThe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to SiteScape, Inc., Maynard, MA. The purchase order is for the purpose of providing annual maintenance to the SiteScape Enterprise Forum software currently used by CDC. SiteScape owns the proprietary rights to this software and the annual maintenance will consists of vendor fixes, patches and revisions, access to technical services including consultation, customizations and operational support. The authority for this sole source is FAR 6-302-1- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Classification System Code is 541511. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. However, firms that believe they can provide maintenance for SiteScape Enterprise Forum software need to submit a written notification of interest and capability to the Contracting Specialist within 15 days from the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
