70 -- Implementation of the control software for the Reference Microarray Scanner

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Mink Hollow Systems, Inc., located in Highland, MD, to implement control software for the Reference Microarray Scanner (MAS). This sole source determination is justified because Mink Hollow Systems originally developed the requirements, specifications, and initial design documents for the MAS control software.
