Full Description

The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for quantity four (4) individual software/licenses, Lookout Development System for PC (Personal Computer) to National Instruments Corporation, 11500 N. Mopac Expressway, Austin, TX 78759-3504. The Product Service Code is 7030 and the NAICS Code is 334119. The USACE-CECT-SWT district intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (c), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because National Instruments Corporation is the only provider on the commercial market that currently possesses the legal and proprietary rights to the required software/license of Lookout Development for USACE-CECT-SWT.
