70--LABVIEW STANDARD SERVICE PROGRAM SOLE SOURCE NOTICE OF INTENT

White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office, WSMR NM intends to award an Sole Source procurement to National Instruments Corporation, of Austin, TX, for the purchase of Lab View standard service program under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b) soliciting from one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available through exclusive licensing agreements. The renewal is for existing National Instruments Corporation software licenses for the period of November 23, 2011 through November 22, 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notice to the Contracting Officer within five (5) days from the synopsis publication date. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
