Full Description

The Army Geospatial Center, Contracts Office intends to award a Sole Source, Fixed Price Contract to TerraGo Government at Carahsoft Technology Corporation for TerraGo Technologies software engineering services, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). TerraGo Technologies, Inc. is the creator/developer of the Geospatial PDF file (GeoPDF) and the only software provider to produce and manipulate GeoPDFs. The service utilizes the following workflow to deliver the 450 3D GeoPDF files: Conversion of provided sources to a 3D model/VRML format; Generate 3D PDF files via Adobe Acrobat Extended version 9; Utilize TerraGo's 3D Composer for Adobe Acrobat for geo-registration; Quality control to verify spatial accuracy of 3D model; Deliver 3D GeoPDF files via DVD organized by Country/Product. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
