This is a notice of intent to obtain restricted-use software (BEA Tool) under an existing delivery order with CGI-Federal. This restricted-use software is bundled in as part of CGI-Federal's Momentum Financials software; however, the Department of Justice requires separate, stand-alone licenses of the software to support the implementation of Momentum Financials as the Department's Unified Financial Management System (UFMS). The Department's existing delivery order with CGI-Federal will be modified to include this software, installation, and associated upgrades/maintenance. Any interested offeror who may be able to provide this restricted use software may contact the Contracting Officer at Department of Justice (see POC below). All inquiries must be received no later than December 7, 2006.
