Full Description

USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to PLAXIS B.V., Delftechpark 53 Delft, Zuid-Holland 2628 XJ NLD for the acquisition of renewal of VIP licenses for the Plaxis 2-D and 3-D program suites and purchase an additional copy of the Plaxis 3-D suite with a VIP license for the Information Technology Laboratory (ITL). This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12:00 p.m. CST on September 13, 2012. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the Government to contact@example.gov with solicitation number referenced in the subject line.
