This requirement will include the following characteristics: Product Description 1. Branding license includes: logos, staff and facility photos, text, audio and video 2. Patient Information Resource Center includes: 20" touch screen, presentation computer software, preparation and installation 3. PIRC Tablet includes: 10.1" Acer tablet, software, preparation and installation Salient Characteristics The system is designed to completely educate the patient on their specific type of cancer, describe how the treatment process works, explain the possible side effects and their mitigation, as well as discuss nutrition and follow up care. Through the use of touch screen technology, rich graphics, video clips and calming narration, the information is professionally presented and easily understood. The system is user friendly and totally interactive, allowing the patient to absorb the information at their own pace and comfort level. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 2/22/2013 15:00.
