The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) plans to negotiate exclusively with Tickmark Solutions, Inc. for the acquisition of the Tickmark Solution Setup Reporter software, which includes multiple Oracle suites such as Financials, Manufacturing, Projects, Distribution, HR/Payroll, Planning, Public Sector, and Entity Pricing. Additionally, WAPA proposes to obtain the Tickmark Metabuilder software, along with installation, training, and annual support services. This software package is uniquely capable of meeting WAPA’s three essential requirements: supporting the Oracle Federal Financials suite, seamlessly integrating with their existing PVCS Dimensions configuration management system, and monitoring MAXIMO application setups. Tickmark Solutions, Inc. is identified as the sole source with a specialized automated product that manages and monitors multiple databases while supporting real-time transaction processing within Oracle, MAXIMO, and PVCS environments. Their software tracks database changes, logging details such as the nature of the change, timing, and responsible users. Although no solicitation document has been issued, WAPA invites other vendors with commercially available software that meets these critical requirements to submit product descriptions by August 29, 2002. The government retains full discretion on whether to compete the requirement based on responses, with no guarantee of notification to submitting vendors, and will not cover costs incurred in responding to this notice.
