This serves as a ?Notice of Intent? to purchase Relativity Cobol Mining maintenance for existing software licenses . This Notice is SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY 2007 FUNDS pursuant to FAR Clause 52.232-18. This notice does not obligate funds.
