Full Description

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 8. This action is under the authority of the FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), "Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work". ICE intends to purchase networking and system administration for SAC/DC's All Source Data Network. The work will also include providing the necessary forensics to allow bypassing of passwords, encryption and other methods or programs that may have been used with the evidence. ICE intends to purchase these services from Management Information Consulting, Inc., located at 2800 S. Shirlington Road, Suite 801, Arlington, VA 22206. The period of performance will be for one year after award. This synopsis is for information purposes only. See note No. 22.
