This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 8, 12, and 13.5 (only for the open market items), utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) factors, and full and open (unrestricted basis). The contract will result in award of a Firm-Fixed Price Delivery order ordered against a Navy Furniture BPA schedule. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the GSA eBuy website. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 15 MAR 2018 with a closing on 05 APR 2018. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
